dhatus or vital components
Rasa
Rakta

And
Mallas or Waste products for elimination
Urine

.

Sushruta sumhita (main text book of ayurveda) Written by Acharya Sushruta-The father of surgery describes the health as follows-
In simplified form we can say that when doshas , dhatus and mallas with their specific action are in physiologic equilibrium , a state of health is achieved. Any excess , deficiency or any variation in doshas and dhatus by the effect of habit or habitat of a particular person leads to a diseased state. Ayurveda always aims at keeping a physiologic equilibrium in level of these by diet, direction and drugs.
Ayurveda therapy is a unique therapy in a way that it treats the disease as well as the person. This treatment is based on the principle of controlling life and not merely on medicines which are specifically meant only to subside external manifestations of so called diseases. In other words , it not only cures the symptoms of the disease but also the root cause of the disease. The general principles of ayurvedic drug action depend upon the six tastes viz.

Madhur
Amla
Lawan
Katu
Tikta
Kashaya
which are present in all edible articles and therapic recipes. These six tastes have direct effect on tridoshas so they can regular the excess or deficiency of these metabolic and vital components and cure the disease.

Panchkarma is another speciality of ayurveda
Vaman = emesis
Virechan = purgation
Asthapana vasti = enema
Anuwasan vasti = nutrient enema
Nashya or Shirovirechan = inhalation

These are the five operations for purification of the body . By these procedures various disease producing toxins can be eliminated from the body which thus offers a radial curve .

Hence these method of the treatment
u can help in creating a disease free society.
